How and when do I get my checks?
You will not need to worry about receiving checks unless you request that type of delivery. Everything will be done electronically.
How is rent collection handled?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and considered late if not received by the 5th. The tenants will be making electronic payments to the management company that will then be disbursed to landlords.
How long of a lease do you sign?
This is negotiable depending on the property. Typically a lease will run for 12-24 months. If a short term lease is requested it will be handled case by case.
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Qualified tenants will have a deposit of 1 months rent.
How soon can you start managing my property?
